V. Handling Fees

  • Damaged Items

1. If an item arrives damaged or defective, you must submit video/photos to substantiate your claim. Email your proof to info@scooterlifecanada.com.

Once we have received the authorized returned item, we will inspect it. If the item is found to be defective, we will provide a refund.

2. If the return request for a damaged item can be resolved with simple parts, we can provide free replacement parts and guidance for repair, avoiding the need to ship large items back. Please note that we do not send technicians to customers' homes.
